As a consultant and as an administrator at Harvard University and Emerson College, Rob Silverman has helped institutions develop and implement innovative real estate and construction solutions. Projects have included the restoration of a landmark Boston theater, the development of a continuing care retirement community on a suburban college campus, the repurposing of large office buildings for academic and residential use, and the construction of new academic and residential centers on challenging urban parcels.
