Little Building In 1995 the Little Building, a Boston landmark, was converted from office use to a 750-bed college residence hall, a 300-seat dining facility, and related student support spaces. The conversion of this 12-story, 200,000-square-foot property (which was in foreclosure and purchased for a nominal sum) brought 18-hour student life to a once seedy part of the city and contributed substantially to neighborhood revitalization.
